      目的 验证呋喃妥因代谢物CLIA检测试剂盒的检测效果。方法 用化学发光微粒子免疫法和高效液相色谱-串联质谱法分别对市售猪肉、鸡肉、鱼肉、虾肉4种样品中呋喃妥因代谢物残留量进行检测, 比对两种方法试验结果间的差异。结果 该试剂盒对4种样品的最低检测限分别为 69.37、67.86、67.52、69.09 ng/kg, 试剂盒板内板间变异系数均小于10%; 对4种样品做加标回收试验, 其回收率均在 90%~105%之间, 变异系数均小于10%; 该方法与高效液相色谱法检测实际样品的阴、阳性判断结果一致。结论 该方法稳定、可靠, 可满足食品中呋喃妥因代谢物残留快速检测的需要。
英文摘要:
      Objective To verify the test effect of chemiluminescence immune (CLIA) kit. Methods The method of CLIA was used to detect the residues of furantoin metabolites in 4 kinds of samples including market sold pork, chicken, fish and shrimp, and the results were compared with that of high performance liquid chro-matography-tandem mass spectrometry. Results The minimum detection limitation of the kit of the 4 kinds of samples were 69.37, 67.86, 67.52, and 69.09 ng/kg, respectively, and the coefficient of variation was less than 10%.The recovery of the method was in the range of 90%~105%, and the coefficient of variation was less than 10%. The CLIA's judgments of positive and negative were the same as the HPLC's. Conclusion This method is efficient, reliable and sensitive, and can meet the fast-tested need for the determination of furantoin metabolites residues in food.
