食品分析方法主要有标准方法, 也称为参考方法, 与之相对应的为替代方法, 也就是一般所说的快速方法。商品化检测试剂盒多数都是基于替代方法而开发的, 以弥补参考方法耗时长、成本高等缺点, 达到高通量、快速检测的目的。欧盟在对食品检测试剂盒的评价与认证中主要有NordVal和MicroVal以及AFNOR(NF Validation)等第三方组织, 通过这些组织认证认可的检测试剂盒方法, 其结果在欧盟区域内会得到认可。通过对检测方法质量的把控, 很大程度上维护了相关市场的稳定和公正。本文主要对这些认证组织的基本概况、认证过程及费用以及当前已经认证方法的现状进行概述, 为相关研究者提供参考。 |

Standard method, also known as reference method, is used frequently in food analysis. Alternative method, generally known as rapid method, based on which commercial test kits are established and developed to achieve high through-put and rapid testing, is expected to solve the problems of time-consuming and higher expense that come with reference method. Currently in EU, the main validation organizations include NordVal, Microval and AFNOR (NF Validation). Method or test kits validated by these organizations will be accepted within the member states of EU. With the quality control of the related analysis methods and kits, the related market order is maintained stable and fair. In this article, the basic information, validation process, cost and current status of validated methods were described and analyzed, which were expected to provide general references for interested researchers. |
