      目的 利用新型的流路设计及技术手段搭建一套离子色谱-高分辨质谱(IC-Orbitrap)串接装置, 建立一套基于离子色谱-高分辨质谱串联技术的乳品中有机酸的筛查方法。方法 用分流器及三通实现流路改造串接。乳品样品用1%氢氧化钾(m:m)提取, RP前处理小柱净化, 用Dionex IonPac AS19(50 mm×2.1 mm, 2.5 μm)分离, Orbitrap检测器全扫描(full scan)模式检测。结果 在已知部分含酸的乳品样品中筛查到酒石酸、乳酸、柠檬酸和苹果酸。结论 所搭建的设备可实现离子色谱-高分辨质谱的在线串接, 可用于乳品样品中有机酸的筛查定性, 结论与已知样品结果吻合。

      Objective To build a set of ion chromatography with high resolution mass spectrometry (IC-Orbitrap) concatenating devices using the new type of flow design and technology, and establish a series method based on ion chromatography with high resolution mass spectrometry technology for screening organic acids in dairy. Methods The ion chromatogram-high resolution mass spectrometry (IC-HRMS) system was coupled by a diverter and three-way valve. The dairy samples were extracted by 1% KOH (m:m) and RP SPE column. Separated by a Dionex IonPac AS19 (50 mm×2.1 mm, 2.5 μm), all the organic acids were de-tected by HRMS full scan mode. Results Tartaric acid, lactic acid, citric acid, and malic acid could be detected by IC-HRMS in dairy samples containing acids. Conclusion This novel IC-HRMS system can be used in the qualitative screening of organic acids in dairy.
