      目的 分析调查6种植物生长调节剂在黄豆芽和绿豆芽中残留情况。方法 2014年, 应用气相色谱-质谱法对河北省10个区市在本辖区的市场销售的豆芽菜开展了食品安全风险监测, 监测项目为4-氯苯氧乙酸、吲哚乙酸、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸丁酯、吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸。结果 在所检测的52份样品中, 其中12份检出4-氯苯氧乙酸、33份检出吲哚乙酸、13份检出吲哚丁酸, 其他三项均未检出。检出样品均未超出国家规定的植物生长调节剂的最大残留限量(MRLs)。结论 有必要持续监测和控制豆芽中生长调节剂和植物激素的残留, 禁防滥用植物生长调节剂给人类健康带来的风险。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the residues of 6 kinds of plant growth regulators (PGRs) in soybean sprouts and mung bean sprout. Methods A total of 52 bean sprouts samples were sampled in 2014 from 10 main areas in Hebei province of China, and 6 kinds of plant growth regulators including 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D), 2,4-D-ethyl ester, 4-chlorophenoxy acetic acid (4-CPA), β-naphthyl acetic acid (NAA), indole acetic acid (IAA) and indole butyric acid (IBA) were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Results 12 samples were detected of 4-CPA and 33 samples were detected of IAA. IBA was found in 13 samples. In addition, 2,4-D, 2,4-D-ethyl ester and NAA were not detected in the present study. All the results were not exceeded the maximum residue limits (MRLs) of the plant growth regulators set in China. Conclusion The continuous monitoring and control of PGRs in bean sprouts are still necessary, which can reduce the risk from abuse of plant growth regulators.
