      目的 筛选产今可豆氨酸的芽胞杆菌菌株。方法 采用液相-四级杆飞行时间质谱的方法结合Metlin数据库检索分析了32株芽胞杆菌菌株的发酵液胞外成分。结果 筛选出含今可豆氨酸成分的芽胞杆菌菌株为科恩芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cohnii FJAT-10017)、解硫胺素解硫胺素芽胞杆菌(Aneurinibacillus aneurinilyticus FJAT-10004)、解葡聚糖类芽胞杆菌(Paenibacillus glucanolyticus FJAT-10020)、土壤短芽胞杆菌(Brevibacillus agri FJAT-10018)。其中该成分含量最高的为科恩芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cohnii FJAT-10017),占其发酵液总代谢物含量的1.73%。结论 科恩芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cohnii FJAT-10017)为今可豆氨酸高产菌株。该研究为芽胞杆菌来源活性物质的开发与利用提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To Screen the Bacillus strains that producing L- Djenkolic acid. Methods Extracellular metabolites of 32 Bacillus strains were analyzed by LC-QTOF MS and Metlin database. Results The result showed that four Bacillus strains contain L-Djenkolic acid, including Bacillus cohnii FJAT-10017, Aneurinibacillus aneurinilyticus FJAT-10004 , Paenibacillus glucanolyticus FJAT-10020 and Brevibacillus agri FJAT-10018. The content of L-Djenkolic acid was highest in Bacillus cohnii FJAT-10017, with the relative content of 1.73%. Conclusion Bacillus cohnii FJAT-10017 is the high-yield Bacillus strain producing L-Djenkolic acid. This result provided theory basis for development and utilization of active substances from Bacillus.
