      目的 对食源性致病金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素SEA~SEJ基因型分布状况进行调查, 并探讨菌株分型与肠毒素基因型分布之间的关联性。方法 采用PCR方法扩增金黄色葡萄球菌及肠毒素SEA~SEJ基因型核酸片段, 应用全自动微生物基因指纹鉴定系统(RiboPrinter)对菌株进行分型和类聚状况分析。结果 分离的24个待测菌株可分为6个亚型, 各亚型均匀分布; 待测10种肠毒素基因型中, SEI型、SEG型、SEA型和SEB型的出现频率较高, 分别占54.2%、41.7%、37.5%和25.0%, 同时表达两种以上肠毒素基因型的比率约50%, SEG型和SEI型肠毒素的表达分布具有协同性; 金黄色葡萄球菌的溯源性特点与肠毒素分布规律一致。结论 食源性金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素呈现多基因型协同表达的特点, 各菌株亚型与肠毒素基因型分布之间存在一定的关联性。

      Objective To investigate the distribution principles of Staphylococcal enterotoxin genotypes from SEA to SEJ, and discuss correlative relationships between stain ribosomal subytpes and enterotoxin distribution. Methods Specific nucleotide fragments from Staphylococcal aureus (S. aureus) and Staphylococcal enterotixon SEA~SEJ were amplified by PCR, bacterial strain subtypes and homology were analyzed by RiboPrinter. Results A total of 24 isolates were identified as S. aureus and classified into 6 subtypes, each subtype was hypodispersion Staphylococcal entertoxin genotype SEI, SEG, SEA and SEB were high detection, the ratio was respectively at 54.2%, 41.7%, 37.5% and 25.0%, about 50% of strains were collaboratively detected at least 2 genotypes, and SEG and SEI were cooperated detection. The feature of ribosomal subtypes tracing was consistent with enterotoxin distribution. Conclusion Staphylococcal enterotoxin genotypes were collaboratively detected in foodborne S. aureus; there were correlative relationships between ribosomal subtypes and enterotoxin distribution.
