      目的 了解食品安全专业学生的专业认同对其职业选择的影响。方法 本研究采用问卷调查的方法, 运用SPSS13.0软件, 采用t检验和多元回归分析, 对国内食品安全专业学生的专业认同度、专业认同的影响因素及与职业选择的关系进行分析。结果 性别、高校层次、生源地等因素对专业认同没有显著影响(P>0.05), 但学生学历及所处年级则具有显著影响(P<0.01), 且专业认同与职业选择显著相关。结论 研究结果说明食品安全专业学生的专业认同与专业教育密切相关, 并且决定了人才培养的质量与人才的稳定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To learn the effects of professional identity of food safety professional students on their professional choice. Methods The information were collected by questionnaire survey methods, data that collected were analyzed with t-test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS13.0 software. Results The results showed that the gender, levels of university, and resource of students had no significant effect on professional identity (P>0.05), but the education degree and grade had a significant effect on professional identity (P<0.01). Moreover, professional identity and occupation selection had a strong correlation. Conclusion The results indicated that the professional identity was closely related to professional education, and determined the stability and quality of food safety professionals.
