      沙门氏菌是威胁公众卫生安全的一种重要的致病菌, 食用了被沙门氏菌污染的食品或者药品后, 能引起人和动物中毒并引起多种严重的疾病。因此建立快速、准确的沙门氏菌的检测方法是预防和控制沙门氏菌疾病的关键。本文主要对目前用于沙门氏菌检测的技术和方法进行了综述, 介绍了几种高效、准确的快速检测方法。通过对大量国内外文献的检索, 在文中对快速检测技术和方法的原理、应用情况以及各自的优势和缺点进行了分类和总结, 尤其是对纳米技术在沙门氏菌检测中的应用作了重点描述, 希望能为沙门氏菌的检测方法研究提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Salmonella is a serious pathogenic bacteria which would damage public health security. If eat the food or drugs contaminated by Salmonella, human and animals would be poisoned and infected many serious diseases. Therefore, it is great significant to establish rapid, accurate, and efficient detection method of detecting Salmonella. This paper gives an overview of the current techniques and methods for detection of Salmonella through searching many domestic and foreign references. The principle, application and respective advantages and disadvantages of these technologies and methods were emphatically introduced. Especially the application of nanotechnology in detection of Salmonella was described. This article will provide a reference for research on Salmonella detection methods.
