食品标签既是食品生产企业向社会明示产品信息的载体, 也是消费者直接获取产品信息的有效途径之一。本文根据近几年对各类预包装食品标签检验工作所总结的经验, 将违反GB 7718、GB 28050等相关标准、容易对消费者造成误导的常见问题、注意事项进行整理和归纳, 包括食品名称、配料表、字符高度、营养成分表、日期标识、功能宣传、贮存条件、转基因食品、辐照食品等诸多方面; 另外, 本文还对在运用GB 7718等相关标签标识标准运用中无法产生规范效果的问题进行了概括。本文主要来自于工作经验积累, 可供食品监管、生产、检验人士参考。 |

Food labeling is an effective way for food producers to disclose the product information to the society and for consumers to directly obtain the product information. Based on the author's experience of food labels inspection in recent years, this article analyzed and summarized the common problems about violation of GB 7718, GB 28050 or the issues that could be easily to mislead consumers, including the food name, list of ingredients, height of characters, nutrition ingredients, date marking, explanation of function, storage condi-tions, genetically modified food, and irradiated food, etc. In addition, the paper also outlined the problems of GB 7718 in the use of the relevant labeling. It would serve as a good reference to people working in food inspection, production and other related areas. |
