      目的 为验证本公司生产的三聚氰胺ELISA检测试剂盒的检测效果。方法 用酶联免疫法对牛奶、奶粉、鸡肉和鸡蛋等4种样品中三聚氰胺的残留量进行检测, 并与高效液相色谱法进行对照。结果 结果表明: 该试剂盒对4种样品的最低检测限分别为19.22、46.86、51.64、21.38 μg/kg, 试剂盒板内板间变异系数均小于10%; 对4种样品做加标回收试验, 其回收率均在95%~120%之间, 变异系数均小于10%; 该方法与高效液相色谱法检测实际样品的阴、阳性判断结果一致。结论 该方法稳定、可靠, 可满足食品中三聚氰胺残留快速检测的需要。
英文摘要:
      Objective To verify the test effect of melamine enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA) detection kit developed by Beiijng Kwinbon Biotechnology company. Methods The method of ELISA was used to detect the residues of melamine in milk, milk powder, chicken and eggs, and compared with that of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results The results showed that the minimum detection limitation of the kit for the 4 kinds of samples were 19.22, 46.86, 51.64, 21.38 μg/kg, the coefficient of variation was less than 10%. The recovery of the method was in the range of 95%~120%, and the coefficient of variation was less than 10%. The ELISA’s judgments of positive and negative were the same as the HPLC’s. Conclusion This method was efficient, reliable and sensitive, and could meet the fast-tested for the determination of melamine residues in food.
