      目的 比较牛奶中三聚氰胺表面增强拉曼光谱法与国标法(GB/T 22388-2008/第二法 液相色谱-质谱/质谱法)。方法 分别用表面增强拉曼光谱检测法和国标法检测牛奶中的三聚氰胺。结果 表面增强拉曼光谱快检法与国标法在阳性样品的判定上结论一致; 表面增强拉曼光谱法的平均回收率和精密度分别为117.3%和13.2%, 国标法的平均回收率和精密度分别为106.2%和8.9%。结论 表面增强拉曼光谱法适用于牛奶中三聚氰胺的快速筛查, 进一步的定量分析需要用国标法。
英文摘要:
      Objective To compare surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) and the national standard method (GB/T 22388-2008 the 2nd method/liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry, LC-MS/MS) for the detection of melamine in milk. Methods Melamine in milk was tested by SERS and the national standard method, respectively. Results SERS was consistent with the national standard method for the positive samples confirmed; the average recovery and RSD of SERS were 117.3% and 13.2%, while the average recovery and RSD of the national standard method were 106.2% and 8.9%, respectively. Conclusion SERS is suitable for the rapid screening test for melamine in milk; the national standard method is needed for further quantitative analysis.
