      能力验证是指利用实验室间比对, 按照预先制定的准则评价参加者的能力的活动。实验室可以通过参加能力验证活动, 满足监管机构和认证机构的要求, 确认实验室的管理能力, 识别检测过程中的问题, 比较检测方法和程序, 教育人员, 增加人员、管理者和实验室外部服务客户的信心, 对比实验室外部服务供应商的能力和获得参考物质等等。本文主要从能力验证不满意原因分析的角度, 阐述了实验室参加能力验证活动的意义。

      Proficiency testing, taking advantage of inter-laboratory comparison, refers to an action for evaluating the capacity of participants that in accordance with the criterions established in advance. Laboratories can satisfy regulators and accreditation bodies, confirm management ability, identify problems during measurement process, compare methods and procedures, educate staff, improve confidence in staff, managers and external users of laboratory services, compare capacities of external service providers and obtain reference materials by means of participating in proficiency testing programs. This paper mainly describes the benefits of laboratories participation in proficiency testing programs from the perspective of causal analysis of proficiency testing programs dissatisfaction.
