目的 改进国标法检测乳及乳制品中亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐的样品前处理方法。方法 样品经乙腈沉淀脂肪蛋白质后, 采用相应的方法提取和净化, 以氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液, 阴离子交换柱分离, 电导检测器检测。以保留时间定性, 外标法定量。结果 亚硝酸盐回收率80%~110%, 硝酸盐回收率90%~110%, 方法精密度在10%之内。结论 本方法可提高检测准确性, 缩小检测偏差, 适合于乳及乳制品定量测定。 |

Objective To improve the pretreatment method of national standard to detect nitrate and nitrite in Milk and dairy products. Methods Samples were extracted by acetonitrile, and after protein and fat precipitation, the extract was purified by anion exchange column, potassium hydroxide solution as leached solution. Nitrate and nitrite were detected by conductivity detector. Results The recoveries of nitrate and nitrite were 80%~110% and 90%~110% respectively, and the precision of the method were within 10%. Conclusion This method can improve the detection accuracy and reduce the detection error, and is suitable for the quantitative detection of nitrate and nitrite in milk and dairy products. |
