目的 建立水果中菊酯类农药残留的气相色谱法快速检测方法, 为今后检验工作提供可靠参考依据。方法 所选取的水果样品经粉碎、乙腈提取、CleanertPC/NH2 SPE 柱净化、氮吹仪浓缩后, 进入GC分析, 外标法定量。结果 4种菊酯类农药在0.008~0.4 μg/mL浓度范围内具有良好的线性响应, 分离效果好, 相关系数在0.99903到0.99993之间, 添加量为0.002 mg/kg时, 加标回收率在91.43%~100.94%之间, 相对标准偏差在5.45%~8.20%之间, 检出低限为0.002 mg/kg。结论 该方法简便、快速、具有较高的精密度和准确度。 |

Objective A method for determination of pyrethriod pesticide residues in fruits was developed by gas chromatography (GC) to provide a reliable test for the future work. Methods After homogenization of the fruit samples, the pesticide residues were extracted by acetoneitrile, cleaned up by a CleanertPC/NH2 SPE column and then determined by GC using the external standard method. Results The calibration curve showed a good linearity in the range of 0.008~0.4 μg/mL, and the correlation coefficient was 0.99903~0.99993 for herbicides. The recovery rate of labeled samples was 91.43%~100.94%, with the relative standard deviations were 5.45%~8.20%, and the detection limit was 0.002 mg/kg. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, and has high precision and accuracy. |
