目的 此项能力验证旨在了解国内相关领域实验室对化妆品中重金属汞总量检测的整体水平。方法 2013年由中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会(Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China)组织, 31个省、自治区和直辖市127家实验室参加此项能力验证。本研究介绍了此次能力验证的实施情况, 包括方案设计、样品制备及检验、统计结果及技术分析。结果 通过初测和补测试验, 实验室检测结果满意率为94.5%。结论 参加能力验证的绝大多数实验室可以准确检测化妆品中总汞元素含量, 具备了化妆品中检测有害重金属的能力。 |

Objective To analyze the capability of Chinese food inspection laboratories for detecting heavy metal mercury element in cosmetics (cream). Methods Certification and Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNCA) organized this proficiency tests (PT) for detecting mercury in cosmetic. About 127 laboratories from 31 provinces/cities/municipals took part in the PT. In this study, the implementation process of the PT was described, including project design, sample preparation and test, the statistical results and technical analysis. Results According to double testing, there were 94.5% laboratories showing sa-tisfactory results. Conclusion Most laboratories taking part in the PT had good competence in analyzing heavy metal element mercury in cosmetics. |
