      目的 本研究旨在借助测量不确定度评定用以表征合理地赋予被测量之间的分散性, 了解测量结果所处的范围, 利用质控图法分析影响测量结果的主要因素, 从而减少测量的误差。方法 根据GB/T 5413.3-2010《食品安全国家标准婴幼儿食品和乳品中脂肪的测定》第1法。结果 利用纯牛奶CS样品(核查样品Check the sample, 即核查样品指质量控制测量中附有参考量值的物料, 指定实验室检测样品的检测值)。在期间精密度测量条件下, 对牛乳检测中的脂肪进行不确定度评定。结论 该不确定度评价方法在实验室质控分析工作中有较强的实用价值。
英文摘要:
      Objective To use measurement uncertainty evaluation for the characterization of reasonably measuring the dispersion, to understand the scope of the measuring results using quality control chart analysis for the main factors influencing the measurement results, and thus to minimize the measurement error. Methods GB/T 5413.3 2010 “national food safety standards on the determination of fat in infant food and dairy” No.1 method was applied. Results Using pure milk samples of Check sample (CS) to check the sample, in which the sample verification refers to the quality control measurement with reference materials for the detection value to specify the lab testing samples. During precision measurement conditions, the fat in milk detection was measured by uncertainty evaluation. Conclusion The uncertainty evaluation method in the analysis of laboratory quality control work has a strong practical value.
