      目的 建立一种简单、准确的油溶性茶多酚测定的新方法。方法 采用硅胶固相萃取对油脂中的油溶性茶多酚富集, 酸性甲醇回收, 通过皂化, 将浓缩后的油溶性茶多酚转化成水溶性茶多酚, 采用福林酚比色法测定其含量。结果 该方法的线性方程为 Y=0.0007X-0.0381, R2=0.9566, 回收率为82.7%和84.8%, 相对标准偏差为5%左右, 能够满足常规分析。结论 本方法操作简单, 不需要复杂分析仪器, 分析结果较可靠, 可以用于食用油中油溶性茶多酚的含量测定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a simple and accurate method for determination of oil-soluble tea polyphenols. Methods The oil-soluble tea polyphenols in oil were extracted by solid phase extraction column, and then eluted by acid methanol. The oil-soluble tea polyphenols were transformed into water-soluble tea po-lyphenols by saponification, and then determined by Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetry. Results The linear equation of this method was Y=0.0007X-0.0381, R2=0.9566. The recoveries were 82.7%?84.8% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were about 5%, which can satisfied the routine analysis. Conclusion This method is simple, and need no complex analysis instrument. The analysis results are reliable and it can be used for the determination of oil-soluble tea polyphenols in edible oil.
