目的 为实现水中四环素残留的快速检测, 探索建立四环素水溶液的表面增强拉曼光谱(surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy, SERS)检测方法。方法 以OTR202和OTR103作为表面增强基底, 分析四环素水溶液的SERS光谱, 应用自适应迭代惩罚最小二乘法(air-PLS)扣除SERS的荧光背景, 探讨样品加入量对SERS信号强度的影响, 以1274 cm?1作为特征峰建立四环素水溶液的标准曲线。结果 确定了四环素水溶液的加入量为20 μL, 建立的线性回归方程Y=257.47X 85.165, 相关系数r为0.9897。结论 本研究方法无需前处理, 简便快捷, 为后续水中四环素残留快速现场检测奠定了良好基础。 |

Objective To establish a method for rapid detection of tetracycline residual in water by surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). Methods OTR202 and OTR103 were used as enhanced substrate of SERS, and the fluorescence backgrounds of SERS were subtracted by using adaptive iteratively reweighted penalized least squares(air-PLS). The effect of the addition amount of tetracycline solution on SERS intensity was discussed, and 1374 cm?1 was used as the characteristic peak to establish the standard curve of tetracycline solution. Results 20 μL was determined as the best addition amount, the linear regression equation was Y=257.47X 85.165, and the correlation coefficient r was 0.9897. Conclusion A fast and simple method without pretreatment was proposed to detect tetracycline solution, and it provided a reference for the following rapid and field detection of tetracycline residual in water. |
