      目的 全面分析我国现行食品产品标准现状, 提出相应的处理建议, 以期完善我国食品产品标准体系。方法 采取专家重点审评与集中讨论确定的方式, 对各个标准逐一进行清理评价。结果 对860项标准, 建议其中14项继续有效, 45项整合, 39项修订, 15项废止, 747项建议不纳入, 并提出了国家食品产品安全标准体系草案。结论 本次研究对我国食品产品标准进行了系统的评价, 对食品产品安全标准构建的原则进行了探讨, 为完善食品产品标准体系提供了有益的思路。
英文摘要:
      Objective To give integration suggestion for current food product standards in China by comprehensive analysis on the status of the standards in order to improve the food product standards system. Method The standards were reviewed by experts one by one, and made the final conclusion through taking the meeting. Result Among the 860 standards, 14 standards would be still valid; 45 standards would be integrated; 39 standards would be revised; 15 standards would be discontinued; and 747 standards were suggested not to include in national food safety standards system. And the national food safety standards system for food product was drafted. Conclusion By the review, the food product standards would be analyzed systematically, and the principles of establishing food product safety standards were also discussed, which would be helpful to improve the food product standards system.
