      目的 建立原子吸收光谱法测定乳品中铅的不确定度评定方法。方法 应用测量不确定度评定方法分析测定过程中不确定度来源。结果 找出影响不确定度的因素,给出不确定度, 如实反映测量的置信度和准确性。结论 该不确定度评价方法在原子吸收分析工作中有较强的实用价值。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish an uncertainty assessment method for dairy lead determination by atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The uncertainty measurement analysis method was used to evaluate the uncertainty sources in the process of determination. Results The uncertainty had been got, and the reliability and accuracy of the measurement had been truthfully reflected. Conclusion This method of uncertainty evaluation has a strong practical value in the atom absorption analysis work.
