      作为新型持久性有机污染物, 多氯萘(polychlorinated naphthalenes, PCNs)、四溴双酚A(tetrabromobisphenol A, TBBPA)和六溴环十二烷(hexabromocyclodocane, HBCD)引起了人们广泛的关注。这些新型污染物具有较强的亲脂性, 易在生物体内累积, 并随着食物链迁移和放大, 对人类造成潜在的危害。饮食摄入被认为是人体暴露的主要途径之一。目前, 这些化合物在食品中的含量及其对人体暴露水平的研究报道还相对较少。本文总结了PCNs、TBBPA和HBCD的分析方法并归纳其在食品和人体组织中的污染水平以及人体暴露水平, 为食品和人体组织中PCNs、TBBPA和HBCD的来源、环境化学行为和对人类健康潜在危害的进一步研究提供参考。
英文摘要:
      As new kinds of persistent organic pollutants (POPs), polychlorinated naphthalenes (PCNs), te-trabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) and hexabromocyclodocane (HBCD) have received considerable attention. Due to their high lipophilicity, these pollutants can bioaccumulate and biomagnify with food chain, and finally cre-ate health problems. The main pathway for PCNs, TBBPA, and HBCD to human exposure is considered to be dietary intake. However, reports on the levels of PCNs, TBBPA, and HBCD in foodstuffs and human exposure are rather scarce. In this paper, the analytical methods, pollution levels in food and human tissues and human exposure levels of PCNs, TBBPA and HBCD were summarized. Further investigations on the sources, envi-ronmental chemical behavior and potential hazard to human health of PCNs, TBBPA and HBCD in foodstuffs and humans are necessary.
