      纳米均相时间分辨荧光免疫法(AlphaLISA)是一种基于纳米微珠的光激化学发光的新型均相检测技术,较传统的酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)具有均相、免清洗、敏感度高、特异性强等特点。本文介绍了AlphaLISA的原理和特点,简要总结了近年来国内外AlphaLISA技术的应用研究,重点综述食品安全领域(包括生物毒素和药物残留)的研究进展,并对此技术的发展前景进行了展望。

      AlphaLISA is an new homogeneous detection technology based on light stimulates the chemiluminescence of nano micro-bead. Compared with the traditional ELISA, AlphaLISA has homogeneous, no clean, high sensitivity, strong specificity, etc. This paper introduces the principles and characteristics of AlphaLISA, briefly summarizes the AlphaLISA technology application research at home and abroad in recent years, reviews the food safety field (including biological toxins and drug residues) research progress, and the development prospects of this technology is prospected
