      本文综述了目前国内外食源性病原微生物快速检测技术的种类, 包括传统培养方法的改进、免疫分析法、PCR方法、DNA探针法、ATP荧光法以及生物芯片法等, 介绍了相应产品在我国的应用现状。在此基础上分析了目前食源性病原微生物快速检测技术发展面临的挑战, 讨论了未来的技术与产品发展趋势, 希望对国内的食品安全检测技术研发和产业发展有一定的参考意义。
英文摘要:
      The recent development progress of rapid detection technology for foodborne pathogenic microorganisms were reviewed in this paper, including improved culture-based methods, immunoassays, PCR technology, DNA probe, ATP bioluminescence and biochip etc. Current application status in China of these technical products was introduced. To provide a reference to domestic food safety testing technology research and industrial development, the challenges of rapid detection methods of foodborne pathogenic microorganisms were analyzed and the development trends were discussed.
