      目的 建立适用于食品接触材料中有机残留物的气相色谱/质谱检测方法。方法 采用热脱附仪结合气相色谱/质谱法对食品接触材料中的多种类型有机残留物进行检测, 采用质谱检测器、保留时间定性, 外标法定量。结果 对于醇、酯、苯系物等残留有机物检测回收率达到92.7%~112.5%, 相对标准偏差<3.2%, R2>0.9890, 检测限为0.06~0.11 mg/L。结论 本方法便捷、重现性好, 适用于各种材料中有机残留物的检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop a gas chromatography/mass spectrometry method for determination of organic residuals in food contact materials. Methods The organic residuals in food contact materials were determined by thermal desorption gas chromatography using mass spectrometry detector. Theorganic residuals were characterized according to retention time and was quantitatively determined byexternal standard method. Results Recoveries of typical organic residuals were between 92.7%~112.5% with RSD less than 3.2%, R2>0.9890, and limit of detection ranged from 0.06~0.11 mg/L. Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate and precise and it is suitable for the detection oforganic residuals in many kinds of materials.
