      目的 利用 LC-Triple TOF 仪器建立筛查食品/农产品中未知农药的分析方法。 方法 采用 QuEChERS 法对多种食品/农产品中残留的农药进行提取, PeakView 软件全智能分析, 对照每个化合物的 TOF-MS 质量精度及同位素分布情况, 以及对照化合物 TOF-MS/MS 与标准品谱库, 给出匹配度, 对照化合物与标准品的保留时间, 对化合物作出定性判断。同时利用 MultiQuant 软件对检出的化合物含量结果进行定量分析。结果 该方法通过自动校正系统, 能自动进行批校正, 长时间内系统的准确质量数稳定, 且该系统的质量准确度小于1 mg/kg。结论 该方法满足对食品/农产品中农药残留的筛查检测要求, 适用于检测部门的日常筛查工作。
英文摘要:
       Objective A QuEChERS-TOF-MS/MS method was developed for determination of unknown pesticides residues in food and agricultural products. Methods QuEChERS method was used to extract the unknown pesticides residues in food and agricultural products. After importing data by PeakView software, TOF-MS/MS quality precision and isotopic distribution of each compounds, as well as the retention time of the standard solution and standard spectrum library were compared to calculate the matching degree and qualitatively analyze the target compound. Finally, the software of MultiQuant was used to quantify. Results Through the automatic correction system, the method for automatic correction, had accurate mass stability in a long time, and the quality of the system accuracy was less than 1 mg/kg. Conclusion The proposed method is suitable for screening of pesticide residues in agricultural products, and also suitable for routine detection of inspection department.
