目的 建立色谱分析中检出限的测定方法。方法 以草莓为基质, 用气相色谱-质谱法测定草莓中毒
死蜱含量。结果 校准曲线估算法、空白标准偏差法、3S0 法、信噪比法得出的检出限分别为 10.75、0.18、0.5、
1.5 ng/mL。结论 信噪比法所测出的检出限结果符合要求。 |

Objective To establish a method for determination of the detection limit in chromatographic
analysis. Methods Chlorpyrifos content in strawberry was determined by gas chromatography-mass spec-
trometry. Results The detection limits of calibration curve method, blank standard deviation method, 3S0
method, and signal-to-noise ratio method were 10.75, 0.18, 0.5, 1.5 ng/mL, respectively. Conclusion The
detection limit of signal-to-noise ratio method could conform with the requirement of detection . |
