      来源于植物的多肽类化合物因具有广泛的生物活性, 逐渐成为人们研究的热点。玉米作为一种重要的 活性肽的来源, 也受到了人们的青睐。本文综述了国内外关于玉米肽的制备方法、分析、功能活性及其应用研 究现状, 并预测了玉米活性肽的发展趋势和前景, 为玉米肽的进一步研究和应用提供了参考。
英文摘要:
      Studies have been focused on many peptides derived from plants because of their extensive bio- logical activities. Zea mays, an important source of bioactive peptides, have also been favored by researchers. This paper reviewed the research advancement about the preparation, analysis, bioactivities and application of corn peptides at home and abroad, and put forward the development trend and prospect of the corn active peptides, which would provide some reference for the further investigation and application of bioactive corn peptides.
