      本文通过科学地运用html5+JSP+SQL技术, 建立了一个适用于餐饮服务企业食品安全管理员培训的虚拟仿真平台, 具有界面逼真、富于交互、工作任务导向等特点, 可实现远程教育和考核等功能, 是食品安全培训和教育方法的有益补充, 可以有效地提高教学的质量和水平。通过扩充数据库, 该平台还可广泛用于食品生产、流通领域的食品安全培训及工作实践。
英文摘要:
      A virtual emulational system suitable for catering delicacy enterprises to train food safety administrators was set up by applying html5, JSP and SQL techniques. The system had advantages such as realistic interface, adequate mutual communication and working task orientation, and it could realize remote educa-tion and performance evaluation. The system was a favorable complement of methods for food safety training and education, which could effectively promote teaching quality and level. Through extension of the database, this system can also be widely applied to the food safety training and working practice in fields of food production and circulation.
