      针对全球日益突出的食品安全问题, 如何设计出便捷的检测工具, 使消费者能够方便实时地检验食品的品质、验证食品的产地及真伪等信息显得尤为重要。互联网和智能手机的快速发展, 以及红外光谱技术在食品分析中的成功应用正在为实时检查提供可能。本文重点讨论了基于红外光谱技术的食物芳香分子检测系统、食品分子红外光谱的识别模式以及手机和互联网之间的通信解决方案, 包括原理概述、系统目标、运作流程和云计算方案, 并分析了目前的技术障碍。
英文摘要:
      Food security is a serious issue in the world, which demands a convenient tool for quality control to check if the products are safe and genuine easily and immediately. The rapid development of internet and smart phones, and the successful application of infrared spectroscopy technology in food analysis, provide the possibility for such implementation. This article focused on the construction of an infrared (IR)-based molecules’ detection system for food security with an initial solution of tele or internet-communication program of smart phones, including the principle outlines, the system objectives, system processes between phone terminals and servers as well as the cloudy computation, and the current technique obstacles.
