      在近期的卫生备案评审以及第三方认证有效性验证工作中, 发现越来越多的企业在其生产工艺中使用了栅栏技术, 但针对食品安全工艺设计的严密性以及对其配套的监控措施却不尽规范。本文分析了某利乐包装浓缩汤汁产品使用栅栏技术实施食品安全控制的成效, 并在此基础上提出了一些改善建议。

      The hurdle technology is more and more widely used in food companies nowadays. But food technology and monitoring and inspection measures also have some problems. This article analyzed the validity of safety control measures in a certain Tetra Pak packed condensed soup product, and put forward some suggestions for improvements.
