      本文以无损检测为手段、食品为对象、典型案例为导向, 全面系统地介绍了无损检测技术在食品检测中的应用。本文案例多取自国内专家和学者的研究内容。共涉及12个具体技术, 其中包括了最新的太赫兹、近红外显微、高光谱等技术。
英文摘要:
      This paper provides a typical case-oriented, comprehensive introduction of non-destructive testing technology applied in food inspection, taking non-destructive testing as the means, and food as the object. All the cases demonstrated are mainly cited from the studies of domestic experts and scholars. It involves a total of 12 specific techniques, including the latest terahertz and near infrared microspectroscopy, hyperspectral technology and so on.
