食品安全已经成为广泛关注的社会问题。近来,多起恶性的食品安全事件表明,一些企业诚信的缺失、道德的滑坡已经到了很严重的地步。诚信是企业经营和生存的支撑点,开展诚信体系建设工作,对提高食品安全整体水平,保障消费者身体健康和生命安全,具有十分重要的意义。在政府大力推动和全社会积极参与下,我国食品工业企业不断探索实践,企业诚信体系建设具备了一定的基础,取得了一定的成效。本文对我国食品企业诚信体系建设存在的问题和发展对策进行了综述。 |

Food safety is the focus of attention of the community. The explosive food safety problems in the past years showed that lack of integrity and moral landslide is a critical social issue. Credibility is one of influence factors of business survival and development. Establishment of enterprise credit management systems is particularly important for the enhancement of the overall level of food quality, and consumer health protection. Recently, the implementation of enterprise food safety special operations has been accelerated with the active participation of governments, the private sectors, and the civil society in China. This article reviewed the present problems and perspective issues in the establishment of credit management system in the food enterprises in our country. |
