      本文在简要阐述食品安全问题与故意污染原因造成食品安全问题区别的基础上, 结合我国食品安全面临的严峻形势, 列举并分析近年来国内发生故意污染食品安全事件的特点及产生原因, 解读故意污染原因造成食品安全问题的本质及解决措施, 提出运用食品防护原则解决“故意污染”原因所造成食品安全事件的惩治预防思路。
英文摘要:
      The differentiation between food safety issues and the food safety issues due to intentional contamination, combining with the presently severe food safety situation in China, is presented in this paper. The cha-racteristics and the cause of the most recently food safety incidents occurred in China are summarized, analyzed and explained as well. The suggestion about solving the food safety issues due to intentional contamination, applying Food Defense principle with criminal enforcement and prevention measure, is provided in the paper.
