      为了建立猪肉中克伦特罗的含量的测定方法,采用高效毛细管电泳法,运行缓冲液为15mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(磷酸调pH为6.5);运行电压25kV;柱温25℃;检测波长200nm。克伦特罗线性范围为0.00056~0.01344mg/mL(r=0.9998),加样回收率为99.83%,RSD为1.17%。高效毛细管电泳操作简便、准确,适用于猪肉中克伦特罗的含量的测定
英文摘要:
      To develop a method for the determination of clenbuterol in pork,high performance capillary electrophoresis method was used.The experimental condition is as follows:buffer solution:15 mmol/L phosphate buffer(pH=6.5);operating voltage:25 kV;column temperature:25 ℃;detection wavelength:200 nm.The linear range of clenbuterol is 0.000 56~0.013 44 mg/mL(r=0.999 8),the average recoveries is 99.83%,and RSD is 1.17%.The results showed that high performance capillary electrophoresis method is easy and accurate,which is a good way to determine the content of clenbuterol in pork.
