      选取霍乱弧菌ompW基因片段,设计链置换扩增(strand displacement amplification)特异性引物,建立霍乱弧菌SDA快速检测方法,同时对设计的引物的灵敏度、特异性进行研究,结果发现所建立的SDA检测技术对霍乱弧菌的检测灵敏度达到7.0×102cfu/mL,特异性检测发现,SDA技术可以特意性地扩增霍乱弧菌。
英文摘要:
      Chain replacement amplification primers designed according to the ompW genetic fragments sequence (strand displacement amplification). SDA fast detection method of Vibrio cholerae was established. The sensitivity and specificity of the designed primers were studied. The detection sensitivity of Vibrio cholerae reached 7.0×102 cfu/mL. SDA technology established can be specially amplifying Vibrio cholerae.
