以人工合成的NDM-1基因序列为研究材料,在其保守区设计3对4条恒温扩增引物,通过特异性及灵敏度验证实验,初步建立了NDM-1基因的LAMP检测方法。琼脂糖凝胶电泳结果表明,研究中NDM-1基因经过等温扩增后形成了特异性的梯状条带,为食品中潜在超级细菌的现场快速检测提供了一种更加简便快速的方法,可以满足现场检疫的需要。 |

The synthetic NDM-1 gene sequence as the research material,three pairs of primers was designed and a detection method of NDM-1 was developed preliminarily through specificity and sensitivity test. Agarose gel electrophoresis result showed special waterfall-like fragment was produced,and a rapid diagnosis of super bacteria was supplied for field inspection. |
