      我国食品安全问题已成为社会广为关注的热点。本文从分析标准化在生产加工领域食品安全监管过程中的作用入手,强调标准化工作的重要性,指导食品生产加工企业加强标准化基础工作,完善企业标准体系,确保食品质量安全。提示质量监督管理部门,充分运用标准化工作手段,强化食品安全监管,不断提升监管工作的有效性。
英文摘要:
      The food safety has been widely concerned in China.With the role of Standardization in the process of food safety supervision discussed as commence,this paper aims to guide the foods manufacturer and processor to strengthen their own standardization work and improve the enterprise standard system through emphasizing the importance of standardization,for ensuring food quality and safety. And it is also suggested in this paper that our quality supervision department should make use of standardization to regulate food safety,and constantly improve the effectiveness of regulation.
