      世界各国都在摸索和建立更加完善和科学的食品监控体系和协调机制,日本也不例外。本文介绍了日本食品管理理念的确立,食品法律法规体系,阐述了日本食品管理机构的变化及其协调机制,并在此基础上介绍了食品安全监控的职责和分工,以及日本进口食品监控体系。日本新的食品管理理念的确立和协调机制的建立,取得了良好效果,比较符合日本的国情。
英文摘要:
      Every country all over the world is trying to establish a scientific food supervision system and improve its cooperation mechanism and so does Japan. In this article,it is introduced that the establishment of Japan’s food management policy,laws and regulations of food,transformation of food administration and its cooperation mechanism. Furthermore,this paper also introduced the obligation and division of specialized agencies to supervise food safety. Japan’s administration and its cooperation mechanism which attain the results expected are suited to Japan’s national situations.
