      本研究采用盐酸为介质,用氢化物发生原子荧光法测定海产品中的砷含量。以该方法检测样品中的总砷含量,包括有机砷和无机砷。通过正交实验确定仪器的工作参数,探讨硼氢化钾浓度、介质浓度等因素对测定结果的影响。在选定的最佳条件下,仪器的检出限为0.011ng/mL,线性范围0~10ng/mL,RSD为2.29%~4.12%(n=6),回收率为96.0%~104.0%。此方法操作简便,灵敏度高,准确度好。
英文摘要:
      The Arsenic content in seafood was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry with hydrochloric acid as the medium. The operational parameters of instruments were determinated by the orthogonal experiment. The study was to discuss the concentration of potassium borohydride,medium concentration and other factors affact the results. While the test item of this method is total arsenic in the samples,including organic arsenic and inorganic arsenic. Under the selected best conditions,the detection limit of this method is 0.011 ng/mL;the range of linearity is 0~10 ng/mL;and RSD is 2.29% ~4.12%(n=6) ,the recovery ratio is from 96.0% to 104.0%. This method is easy to operate,with high sensitivity and accuracy.
