      采用干法和湿法对紫菜样品进行消解,比色法测定样品中铝的含量。结果表明,干法消解样品比湿法消解样品有更高的回收率和精密度。湿法消解的回收率只有30%~53%,相对标准偏差为45%~49%;干法消解的回收率在74%~85%之间,相对标准偏差为12%~21%;说明前者中存在较大因素影响紫菜中铝含量测定,后者操作简单,显色灵敏、稳定、精密度和准确度高,更适用于紫菜中铝含量测定的要求。
英文摘要:
      To determine of Aluminum content in the laver samples,both dry and wet digestion methods were used.The results showed that compared with the wet digestion method,the dry digestion samples have higher recovery rate and precision.The recovery rate of dry digestion samples is 74%to 85%),and the relative standard deviation is 12%to 21%.The recovery rate of wet digestion samples is only 30%to 53%,while its relative standard deviation is 45%-49%.It suggested that there are some big factors in the impact of laver in the determination of Aluminum,which is simple,color sensitive,stable,precision and accurate,and also applicable to the determination of Aluminum content in laver.
