      ICP-AES对食品中10种无机离子测定结果的不确定度评定归结为:工作曲线非线性引起的标准不确定度分量;样品不重复性引起的标准不确定度分量;B类原因引起不确定度分量等三个方面。通过对多种食品样品分别进行多次对多元素同时测定,将ICP、人为等不可测因素对样品测定结果的影响以数据体现,有利于简化不确定度评定分析过程。
英文摘要:
      The uncertainty of determination results of the function of ICP-AES to ten inorganic ions in foodstuff can be summed up as follows:the component of the standard uncertainty causing by non-linear working curve ; the component of the standard uncertainty causing by samples’ non-repeatability; the component of the standard uncertainty causing by Reason B. Along with many times of the multi-element’s simultaneous determination of the multiple food samples,the effect of ICP and some human factors on the sample determination results is embodied by data. It’s in favour of simplifying the process of analysis of the uncertainty.
