为解决进出口茶叶样品量大,现有分析方法繁琐,并且应对欧盟2008年9月后提出的新农药残留限量要求的难题,本文采用微量化学法,对分析实验过程中的物料进行逐项缩减,建立了茶叶中20种有机磷农药多残留检测新方法。茶叶样品经乙酸乙酯-正己烷混合提取,固相萃取小柱净化,气相色谱测定。20种有机磷农药标准曲线相关系数(r2)大于0.9990(浓度范围0.010~2.0mg/L)。该方法20种有机磷农药检出限为0.01~0.04mg/kg。红茶和绿茶不同发酵方法的样品中在0.02~1.0μg/kg添加范围,回收率均在60%~120%,精密度为0.3%~10.2%。 |

A new and efficient method using micro-chemistry and SPE technique has been developed for the determination of 20 organophosphorus pesticide(OPPs)residues in tea to meet the new requirements by EU in September,2008.The 20 OPPs were extracted from the tea samples with ethyl-acetate,cleaned up on a column of 3 mL supelclean ENVI-Carb,separated from each other by SPB-1701 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm)and determined by gas chromatography with flame photometric detector.The standard curve coefficient(r2)is larger than 0.9990 with the pesticide concentration of 0.010~2.0 mg/L.The detection limits were 0.01~0.04 mg/kg.Recoveries were between 60 to 120% with spiked level of 0.02~1.0 μg/kg and 0.3 and 10.2% RSD. |
