Copyright Transfer Agreement for Journal of Food Safety and Quality

All authors hereby agree to publish the above paper in the Journal of Food Safety and Quality (JFSQ, ISSN 2095-0381, CN 11-5956/TS) and execute this agreement in compliance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China.
1. All authors hereby transfer the copyright of the above paper (in all language versions) to the Editorial Department of JFSQ, including but not limited to the right of reproduction, distribution, information network dissemination, broadcasting, performance, translation, compilation and adaptation. The authors also agree that the paper may be indexed and included in both domestic and international literature retrieval systems and databases. Authors themselves may cite or translate portions of the paper in their subsequent works or compile them into non-journal collections. Any objections should be stated in advance.
2. All authors guarantee that the above paper is an original work, the content is accurate, the authorship and order of authorship are undisputed, and the paper has not been submitted to multiple journals simultaneously. The paper does not contain any confidential information, and the authors agree to its publication. Should there be any issues concerning the accuracy of the content, infringement, breach of confidentiality, disputes over authorship and order of authorship, or simultaneous submission to multiple journals, all responsibilities will be borne by the authors of the paper.
3. In accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial-No Derivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license, authors share the same license rights with third parties. For any domestic or international commercial activities, such as reproduction or translation and publication, written consent from the Editorial Department of JFSQ and Quality must be obtained.
4. Upon acceptance of the paper, the Editorial Department of JFSQ will pay the remuneration (including the copyright transfer fee) within three months.
5. Any disputes arising from the performance of this agreement shall be resolved through consultation; if no agreement can be reached, either party may initiate litigation at the competent people's court where the Editorial Department of JFSQ is located.
6. This agreement must be signed by all authors and becomes effective upon signing. The electronic version of the signed agreement must be uploaded to the submission system. If the submitted paper is ultimately not accepted, this agreement automatically becomes null and void (if authors cannot sign on the same document, please sign separately and consolidate the signatures before returning; the electronic version, copies, and the original have equal legal effect).
