Copyright Policy for Journal of Food Safety and Quality
The act of all authors submitting a manuscript to this journal constitutes agreement to publish the paper in the Journal of Food Safety and Quality (P-ISSN: 2095-0381, E-ISSN: 2097-8138, CN 11-5956/TS) and to comply with the journal's copyright policy as stated herein.
All authors hereby transfer the copyright of the aforementioned paper (in all language versions), including but not limited to the copyright in all media and formats as well as for virtual special issues and offprints, to the Editorial Department of the Journal of Food Safety and Quality. This transfer includes, but is not limited to, the rights of reproduction, distribution, information network dissemination, broadcasting, performance, translation, compilation, and adaptation. The authors also agree to the paper being retrieved and included in domestic and international literature retrieval systems, networks, and database systems. Authors may cite or translate portions of the paper in their subsequent works or compile it into non-journal collections. Any objections should be stated in advance.
All authors guarantee that the aforementioned paper is an original work, the content is true and accurate, the authorship and order of authorship are undisputed, it has not been submitted to multiple journals simultaneously, it does not involve confidential information, and they agree to its publication. Should any issues arise concerning the accuracy of the content, infringement, breach of confidentiality, disputes over authorship and order of authorship, or simultaneous submission to multiple journals, all responsibilities shall be borne by the authors of the paper.
In accordance with CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0, authors share the same license rights with third parties. For any other domestic or international individuals or entities wishing to engage in commercial activities such as reproduction, translation, or publication, written consent must be obtained from the Editorial Department of the Journal of Food Safety and Quality.
Upon acceptance of the paper, the Editorial Department of the Journal of Food Safety and Quality will pay a one-time remuneration (including the copyright transfer fee) within three months.
Any disputes arising from the performance of this policy shall be resolved through consultation. If no agreement can be reached, either party may initiate litigation at the competent people's court in the location of the Editorial Department of the Journal of Food Safety and Quality.

The signed agreement must be uploaded to the submission system. If the submitted paper is ultimately not accepted, this agreement will automatically become null and void. (If authors are unable to sign the same document, please sign separately and consolidate the signatures before returning. The electronic version, copies, and the original of the agreement all have equal legal effect.)
