| Objective To investigate 7 antibiotic veterinary drugs residues in animal-derived foods sold in Beijing and assess the dietary exposure risk. Methods 160 samples of animal-derived prepared dishes were collected from 6 districts in Beijing to investigate 7 antibiotic veterinary drugs residues. The average, maximum, P50 和P75 and P97.5 values were calculated, and dietary exposure risk was evaluated using the point estimate method in conjunction with food intake data from Beijing. Results Lomefloxacin and norfloxacin were not detected. Different levels of enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, pefloxacin and doxycycline were detected. The detection rates for enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, pefloxacin, ofloxacin and doxycycline were 18.8%(30/160)、5.6%(9/160)、3.2%(5/160), 0.6%(1/160)和31.2%(50/160),respectively. The dietary exposure levels of enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin and doxycycline through animal-derived prepared dishes were 0.000816~0.103μg/(kg·Bw). The hazard quotient(HQ)corresponding to the average and maximum values for enrofloxacin, ofloxacin and doxycycline were in the range of 0.000163 to 0.0167. Conclusion The risk of dietary exposure to 7 antibiotic veterinary drugs through animal-derived prepared dishes in Beijing is low. |
