      目的 系统评估2025年华北某地区新鲜生姜中农药残留水平。方法 以华北某地区为采样范围,集中采集117批次当季鲜姜;样品经前处理后,使用高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱仪和气相色谱仪同时检测33种常用杀虫剂、杀菌剂及植物生长调节剂残留。结果 33种农药总体检出率41.88%,残留形态以低浓度为主,所有样品农药残留量均未超出GB 2763-2026《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留量》规定的限量标准;其中,毒死蜱仅检出1批次,残留量0.018 mg/kg,噻虫胺检出34批次,最高残留0.19 mg/kg,二者接近限量值0.2mg/kg,但均处于安全范围内;同时,多残留现象普遍,23.08%的样品同时存在2种及以上农药,最高达5种,但所有检出值均符合国家限量标准。结论 该地区生姜农药残留整体处于安全可控水平,117批次样品均未超出国家安全限量标准,为持续保障生姜质量安全,建议针对关键农药及复合暴露建立进一步的风险评估,以科学指导防控。

      Objective: To systematically evaluate the pesticide residue levels in fresh Zingiber officinale Roscoe in a region of North China in 2025.Methods: A total of 117 batches of seasonal fresh Zingiber officinale Roscoe were collected from a region in North China. After sample pretreatment, high-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry and gas chromatography were used to simultaneously detect residues of 33 commonly used insecticides, fungicides, and plant growth regulators.Results: The overall detection rate of the 33 pesticides was 41.88%, with residues mainly occurring at low concentrations. The pesticide residue levels in all samples did not exceed the limits specified in GB 2763-2026 National Food Safety Standard: Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food. Chlorpyrifos was detected in only 1 batch with a residue level of 0.018 mg/kg, while clothianidin was detected in 34 batches with a maximum residue of 0.19 mg/kg; both were close to the limit value of 0.2 mg/kg but remained within safe limits. Meanwhile, multiple residue occurrence was common, with 23.08% of samples containing two or more pesticides, up to a maximum of five, but all detected values complied with national limit standards.Conclusion: The overall level of pesticide residues in Zingiber officinale Roscoe in this region is safe and controllable. None of the 117 batches exceeded national safety limits. To continuously ensure the quality and safety of Zingiber officinale Roscoe, it is recommended to establish further risk assessments targeting key pesticides and combined exposure to scientifically guide prevention and control.
