      近年来, 随着人参花茶、三七花饮品等特色产品的开发利用不断深化, 以及功能性食品领域的快速发展, 人参属植物花的研究逐渐受到广泛关注。人参属植物花作为人参属植物重要组成部分, 富含人参皂苷、多酚、黄酮、多糖及挥发性成分等多类活性物质, 具有抗氧化、抗炎、免疫调节、神经保护及抗疲劳等生物学功能。本文系统综述了近年来人参属植物花(三七花、人参花、西洋参花)的主要化学成分、生理活性及其作用机制的研究进展, 重点分析了不同花部资源在功能食品开发中的应用现状与优势, 比较了其功能成分与健康效应之间的关联, 并对未来在人参属植物花资源高值化利用、功能产品开发及精准营养应用等方面的发展方向进行展望, 以期为相关领域的基础研究与产业应用提供理论参考与科学依据。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, with the continuous development and utilization of characteristic products such as Panax ginseng flower tea and Panax notoginseng flower beverages, as well as the rapid growth of the functional food sector, research on flowers of Panax species has attracted increasing attention. As an important component of Panax plants, these flowers are rich in diverse bioactive compounds, including ginsenosides, polyphenols, flavonoids, polysaccharides and volatile constituents, and exhibit various biological activities such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, neuroprotective and anti-fatigue effects. This review systematically summarized recent advances in the chemical composition, biological activities and underlying mechanisms of Panax species flowers (including Panax notoginseng flower, Panax ginseng flower and Panax quinquefolius flower). It further focused on the current applications and advantages of different flower resources in functional food development, and compared the relationships between their bioactive components and health benefits. In addition, it discussed future perspectives on the high-value utilization of Panax flower resources, the development of functional products and applications in precision nutrition, aiming to provide theoretical references and scientific support for both fundamental research and industrial applications in this field.
