| 目的 对河北省市售藻类及其制品中27种元素及无机砷的污染状况进行调查分析并开展风险暴露评估。方法 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)及液相色谱-串联电感耦合等离子体质谱法(high performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry, HPLC-ICP-MS)对河北省市售50份藻类及其制品进行多元素和无机砷检测, 对检测结果进行统计分析, 结合内梅罗污染指数法、目标危害系数法(target hazard quotient, THQ)、综合目标危害系数法(total target hazard quotient, TTHQ)、致癌风险指数法(carcinogenic risk, CR)、暴露量评估及消费建议等国际通用评估方法, 开展健康风险评估。结果 27种元素及无机砷均有检出, 其中22种元素全部检出, 并且铅超标率为14.6%。单因子污染指数最高为紫菜中Cr, 达到1.880, 轻度污染。13种元素中, 除As外各元素的THQ均远小于1, 从TTHQ来看, 3种干制藻类由高到低依次为紫菜>裙带菜>海带, 并且TTHQ均小于1, 表明对人体健康无显著影响。结论 50份藻类及其制品污染情况相对比较安全, 但综合污染指数紫菜最高达到轻度污染, 除As外THQ与TTHQ均小于1, 表明长期摄入对人体没有潜在健康风险。 |

| Objective To investigate and analyze the contamination status of 27 kinds of elements and inorganic arsenic in seaweed and their products from markets in Hebei Province, and conduct risk exposure assessment. Methods nductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and high performance liquid chromatography-ICP-MS (HPLC-ICP-MS) were employed to detect multiple elements and inorganic arsenic in 50 samples of seaweed and their products from markets in Hebei Province. Statistical analysis was performed on the detection results. Health risk assessment was conducted using internationally recognized evaluation indicators, including the Nemerow pollution index method, target hazard quotient (THQ), total target hazard quotient (TTHQ), carcinogenic risk (CR), exposure assessment and consumption recommendations. Results All 27 kinds of elements and inorganic arsenic were detected, with 22 kinds of elements being fully detected. The lead exceedance rate was 14.6%. The highest single-factor pollution index of nori was Cr (at 1.88), indicating mild pollution. Among the 13 kinds of elements, the THQ of all elements except As was significantly less than 1. The TTHQ of 3 kinds of dried algae species ranked from highest to lowest as porphyra>wakame>kombu, and were all less than 1, indicating no significant adverse impact on human health. Conclusion The pollution status of 50 algal samples and their products is relatively safe. However, the comprehensive pollution index of Porphyra reached a mild pollution level. Except for As, both THQ and TTHQ were less than 1, indicating that long-term intake poses no potential health risks to humans. |
