      目的 明确威海市水产品中有机紫外吸收剂(organic ultraviolet absorbents, OUVs)的污染水平及污染特征, 并评估其膳食暴露风险。方法 本研究以威海市市售及近岸海域采集的养殖海产品和捕捞海产品为研究对象, 采用凝胶渗透色谱(gel permeation chromatography, GPC)净化结合气相色谱-三重四极杆-串联质谱法(gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry, GC-MS-MS)对海产品中19种OUVs的残留水平进行分析, 并采用危害指数法评估居民的膳食暴露风险。结果 2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮(2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone, UV-531)、对甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯(octylmethoxycinnamate, EHMC)和胡莫柳酯(homosalate, HMS)是该区域海产品中OUVs的主要特征污染物, 4类海产品OUVs总残留水平按降序排列为: 贝类[(35.21±16.48) ng/g干重]>蟹类[(26.4±15.98) ng/g干重]>海捕鱼[(14.78±7.59) ng/g干重]>养殖鱼[(12.37±6.84) ng/g干重]。暴露健康风险评估结果显示, 中国普通居民每日经上述4类海产品摄入OUVs的总平均暴露量和最高暴露量分别为11.57 ng/kg bw/day和25.88 ng/kg bw/day, 均远小于估计的参考值。该海域海产品中OUVs的单一污染物危害商和累加总危害商均小于1。结论 当前污染水平下, 通过食用该区域海产品摄入OUVs的健康风险处于可接受水平。
英文摘要:
      Objective To determine the contamination levels and characteristics of organic ultraviolet absorbents (OUVs) in aquatic products in Weihai, and assess the dietary exposure risks. Methods This study examined farmed and wild-caught seafood products purchased in Weihai City and collected from its nearshore waters. A gel permeation chromatography (GPC) purification combined with gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) was employed to determine the residual levels of 19 kinds of organic ultraviolet absorbents (OUVs) in the samples. Furthermore, the hazard index model was applied to conduct a dietary exposure assessment of OUVs in marine products. Results The results showed that 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone (UV-531), octyl methoxycinnamate (EHMC) and homosalate (HMS) were the predominant OUV contaminants in marine products from this region. The total residual levels of OUVs in 4 kinds of categories of marine products decreased in the order of: shellfish [(35.21±16.48) ng/g dry weight] > crabs [(26.4±15.98) ng/g dry weight] > marine fish [(14.65±7.38) ng/g dry weight] > cultured fish [(12.37±6.84) ng/g dry weight]. The results of exposure and health risk assessment showed that the total average and maximum daily exposure doses of OUVs via the 4 kinds of categories of marine products for the general Chinese population were 11.57 ng/kg bw/day and 25.88 ng/kg bw/day, respectively, both of which were much lower than the estimated reference values. The hazard quotients of individual OUVs and the cumulative total hazard quotient for seafood from this sea area were both less than 1. Conclusion At the current pollution level, the health risk associated with dietary exposure to OUVs via consumption of marine products from this region is acceptable.
