      目的 建立阳极溶出伏安法快速检测乳制品中铅的方法。方法 采用金电极与机器学习算法, 优化沉积时间、脉冲高度以及样品前处理参数, 并确定该方法的线性范围、检出限、加标回收率、相对标准偏差等指标。结果 优化后的电化学检测参数为沉积时间360 s、脉冲高度270 mV; 样品前处理优化参数为: 牛奶稀释1:3 (V:V)、乳粉稀释1:2 (m:V)、酸奶稀释1:4 (V:V), 离心时间分别为10 min(牛奶)、10 min(乳粉)和14 min(酸奶)。实验结果显示, 该方法在187.5~6000.0 ng/mL范围内线性良好(r2>0.99), 检出限为123.32~273.10 ng/mL, 加标回收率90%~110%, 相对标准偏差小于5%。结论 本研究建立了一种快速、简便、准确地检测乳粉、酸奶、牛奶中铅含量的方法, 为重金属防控提供标准化解决方案。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop a method for rapid detection of lead in dairy products by anodic stripping voltammetry. Methods The gold electrode and machine learning algorithm were used to optimize the deposition time, pulse height and sample pretreatment parameters. The linear range, limit of detection, recovery rate, relative standard deviation and other indicators of the method were determined. Results Setting deposition time to 360 s, pulse height to 270 mV and the optimized parameters of sample pretreatment were as follows: 1:3 (V:V) for milk, 1:2 (m:V) for milk powder and 1:4 (V:V) for yogurt, centrifugation 10 min (milk), 10 min (powder), 14 min (yogurt) were determined as the optimal parameters for rapid detection. The results showed that the method had good linearity in the range of 187.5–6000.0 ng/mL (r2>0.99), the limit of detections were 123.32–273.10 ng/mL, the recovery rates were 90%–110%, and the relative standard deviation was less than 5%. Conclusion This study establish a fast, simple and accurate method for detecting lead content in milk powder, yogurt and milk, providing standardized solutions for heavy metal prevention and control.
