      喹诺酮类抗生素是一类被广泛应用于畜禽和水产养殖等领域的广谱抗菌药物, 使用剂量大、半衰期长, 导致其在动物源性食品中的残留量易超标, 严重威胁人类健康。然而, 动物源性食品构成复杂且基质中的蛋白质、脂肪、色素等物质会对抗生素的提取和检测造成干扰, 难以准确掌握其中喹诺酮类抗生素残留情况。因此, 发展高效、灵敏、准确的动物源性食品中喹诺酮类抗生素残留前处理方法与检测技术极其关键。本文归纳和总结了近年来动物源性食品中喹诺酮类抗生素残留前处理方法和相关检测技术的研究进展, 探讨了各类方法的优缺点及适用性, 并分析了当前研究存在的问题和未来发展趋势, 以期为动物源性食品中喹诺酮类抗生素残留检测技术的优化与应用提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Quinolone antibiotics are broad-spectrum antimicrobial agents widely used in livestock, poultry and aquaculture. Because of their extensive application and relatively prolonged half-lives, their residues in animal derived foods may exceed the maximum residue limits, posing significant risks to human health. However, the complex composition of animal derived foods matrices, particularly the presence of proteins, lipids and pigments, can interfere with the extraction and detection of antibiotics, making accurate determination of quinolone residues more challenging. Therefore, developing efficient, sensitive and reliable pretreatment methods and analytical techniques for quinolone residue detection in animal-derived foods is great importance. This review summarized and concluded recent advances in pretreatment methods and related analytical techniques for the determination of quinolone antibiotic residues in animal derived foods. It also evaluated the advantages, limitations and applicability of different methods and discussed current challenges and future trends, with the aim of providing guidance for method optimization and practical application in quinolone residue analysis.
